IRCM is recruiting an Operations Manager. They will support the Board and wider organisation, ensuring the delivery of IRCM’s strategy, mission and values.

This is a varied hands-on role involving working across all aspects of the organisation. Initially the role will contribute to the development of IRCM, setting up policies, procedures and processes as the organisation moves towards opening for case manager registration and seeking accreditation under the Professional Standards Authority’s Accredited Register Scheme.
Once registration has opened the operations manager will ensure the smooth day to day operation of the organisation ensuring key tasks such as applications to the register and concerns raised are dealt with in a timely manner.
This a part time flexible role equivalent to 3 days per week. It is primarily remote with most meetings taking place online. However, you will need to attend some in person events and meetings around the UK and this may involve occasional overnight travel.
