UPDATE: The Register has now reopened
We have received a record number of applications in the run-up to the close of free registration for eligible members of BABICM, CMSUK and VRA on Sunday 12 October 2025. Our team is working through these as quickly as possible. We usually aim to respond within 15 working days, but due to the volume it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience — we will be in touch as soon as we can. Please note that, as a small team, this may also affect our response times for other enquiries.
Our portal is currently being updated to include payment facilities. While these improvements are underway, creating new accounts has been temporarily disabled. Existing users can continue to log in to access their registrant logo, update personal details (e.g. name changes), and use other functions such as reviewing their application.
Registration will reopen in November (date to be confirmed). At that point, it will no longer be necessary to be a member of BABICM, CMSUK or VRA to become a Registered Case Manager. Other eligibility requirements will remain unchanged.
We also expect to launch the Pre-Registrant Pathway shortly, for those working towards registration. Further details can be found here.
As we announced recently, the annual fee for Registration and Renewal has been set at £150, with more information available in our FAQ.
