We are pleased to announce that the Register of Case Mangers is now live and details of our first cohort of 24 Registered Case Managers (registrants) have been added.

IRCM’s role is to protect the public. A publicly searchable register of case managers who meet our requirements and commit to practising in line with our standards is the foundation of this. There is also a process through which concerns can be reported, and where appropriate, IRCM will investigate. Where Registered Case Managers may have failed to act in line our standards, action will be taken to protect the public where appropriate.

You can access the register and related information here.

Registrants are issued with a certificate confirming their registration and a registrant logo and these may start to appear on social media, webpages in emails and bios.

There has been a steady stream of applications from case managers which are at various stages of the application process. New registrants will be added to the register on an ongoing basis as applications are approved.

Who can register?

Registration was opened on a phased basis last month and case managers with 10 or more years of experience who are members of BABICM, CMSUK or VRA and meet our eligibility criteria may apply. IRCM Registration and Conduct Panel Members may also apply. The next phase of registration will be case managers with 7 years or more experience and it is anticipated this will open around mid May 2025.

How do I register?

Detailed information regarding the registration process can be found in our “Applying to join the register” guidance and on the Join the Register page.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions.
