Eligible members of BABICM, CMSUK and VRA only have until Sunday 12th October 2025 to submit their application to get one year of free registration on the Register of Case Managers if their application is approved.
The Register will close to applications from 13th October and when it reopens a few weeks later all applicants will need to pay the registration fee. Registration and renewal fees for the Register of Case Managers will be £150pa and we’ve added more information about these in our FAQ.

Application tips
- Our guidance has recently been improved and updated, make sure you are using version 1.6.1
- Use the checklist in the guidance to prepare.
- Read and follow the guidance whilst applying – this helps avoid queries.
- Start early, registration can’t be completed without obtaining documents from others – this can take a while from some organisations.
- Most people need at least 2 hours to pull together information and complete their application.
