The OT Show, 22-23 November, NEC, Birmingham – Free to attend

The IRCM stand will be at the show on both days and on the 23rd the OT Show is hosting the IRCM Roadshow.

In the roadshow we will be looking at IRCM’s role, why it is important and what it means for the public and case managers. The Case Management Standards of Proficiency will be explored, including considering how they interact with other professional standards.

CPD plays an important role and we will consider how this and supervision can enhance quality and safety for practitioners and service users.  We’ll also look at the importance of self-care and putting your own oxygen mask on before helping others,

As well as CPD there will be networking opportunities with a chance to build new connections and to get to know the IRCM team.

More about the OT Show

The Occupational Therapy Show is the UK’s leading event for the OT community held at the NEC Birmingham on 22-23 November 2023.

The show’s driving force is to make it easier for occupational therapists to find updated information, new resources, and support from peers, all in one place.

FREE to attend, you will have access to our unmatched CPD accredited conference programme, spread across six different theatres, over two days. Our educational programme is specifically designed by occupational therapists for occupational therapists. The speakers are carefully selected, and the content is thoughtfully curated for all bands and specialisms working within health organisations, social care services, housing, education, voluntary organisations, or as independent practitioners.

The next IRCM online Check-in is TBC

This is an informal session for stakeholders including case managers and the providers and purchasers of case management services.

These are two-way sessions and we want you to get involved in the discussion. As well as keeping you up to date with IRCM’s activities we want to collect your views and ideas.

Feel free to make it a working lunch and enjoy your coffee or sandwiches during these sessions; we understand your time is valuable and really appreciate your support for IRCM.
